Andy Hape

Andy Hape was Reitz Football’s thirteenth head coach. He was announced as the Panthers’ new coach on May 6, 2013 and stepped down on Jan. 24, 2020. During his seven years, Hape compiled a 56-23 record.

  • Before taking the helm at Reitz, coached at Lake Wales (Fla.) High School, Webber International University, Earlham College and had most recently been at Franklin College
  • Son of former Reitz Football head coach Bill Hape
  • Member of the Reitz Football Hall of Fame Class of 2008
  • Inducted into the inaugural class of the Greater Evansville Football Hall of Fame on Oct. 9, 2016
