The Panthers earned their first postseason title since 2016 with a 35-6 win over the Boonville Pioneers.
Now they’ll face an old rival, the Martinsville Artesians. The only previous meeting between the two schools was detailed in the late great Mike Whicker’s Legendary Game Series, “The Good Fight.” AKA The infamous Ritz Cracker Bowl.
Now, 47 years later, we’ll travel to Martinsville.
