Week 6 GameDay Central, brought to you by Tracy Zeller Jewelry
The Panthers put the Mighty back with a 42-13 win over Harrison last week.
Reitz (2-3) will battle one of their oldest rivals, Memorial, tonight at Enlow Field. The Tigers are 1-4, having won their first game of the season last week over Bosse, 42-14.
The Panthers are 1-2 in the SIAC and 1-1 in the city, while Memorial stands at 1-2 in both.
Reitz leads the all-time series, which began in 1925, 50-33-5. Additionally, the Panthers are 2-0-1 vs. Evansville Boys’ Catholic, which was the predecessor to Memorial.

Dan Engler's love for Reitz Football goes back a long time. Engler played for the Panthers all four years of high school and graduated in 1996.
That summer, as the popularity of the Internet began to explode, Engler's search for Reitz Football information came up empty, so his father suggested he create a website. Engler taught himself HTML and launched the Unofficial Reitz High School Football Home Page that August.
Since then, Engler, through ReitzFootball.com, has spent the past 25 years chronicling the rich history and tradition of Reitz High School Football.
Engler and his wife, Melissa, have two sons, Logan and Micah, and a daughter, Juliette. Engler has traveled all over the world but is proud to call Evansville his home.
