The Panthers’ slim hopes of sharing the SIAC crown are no more, but at least they got back on the winning side of things, besting Bosse, 35-0.
Now they’ll face Mater Dei for the West Side Nut Club Golden Acorn Trophy. The Wildcats will have more at stake too, as a win coupled with a Castle win over Memorial would give those three teams a share of the conference title.
